Cracker Candy


  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Get out a sheet pan and line it with foil, then place the graham crackers on the foil until it's covered.

  2. In a pot, boil the butter and brown sugar on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. 

  3. Pour butter and brown sugar mixture over the graham crackers, and put it in the over for 5 minutes.

  4. Take the pan out of the oven, and sprinkle the chocolate chips all over it. Put it back in the oven for just 1 minute.

  5. Now that the chips are melty, take the pan out of the oven again, and spread the chocolate out smoothly.

  6. Put the pan in the fridge for 1 hour or the freezer for 30 minutes to solidify, then break it up into bite-sized pieces! It can stay in the fridge for up to a week (if it'll last that long!)
